Aunt Lou here.
These Crock Pot Shredded Beef Sandwiches (Virginia Style) I found in Gooseberry Patch’s Slow Cooker to the Rescueare so good my four-year-old had two, yes TWO, sandwiches at dinner! I’m just wondering what it is going to be like when he likes a recipe when he is a teenager?! (I’m sure moms of teenagers or moms who have had teenagers understand completely!)

I'm wife to Michael (not Mikey 😉 ) and mom to Mr. Ryder and Miss Iyla. I'm just walking through this life step by step focusing on enjoying the little things in life. I am in awe of the many blessings big and small I receive daily from a pretty amazing God who calls me His own. Sometimes life is crazy and messy, but I am loving every minute of it.

I have no idea. That is what the original recipe called it, so I did the same.

Are you going to be doing any recipes using an Instant Pot or are you just going to stick with the Crock Pot. Just got an IP and am really interested in learning new ideas or how to convert recipes.
