The Jaguars have a chance to punch their ticket to the postseason with a victory over the Titans in the regular-season finale on Sunday.
The Jaguars are tied with Colts and Texans atop the AFC South.
Jacksonville will clinch the division title with a win or tie over the Titans, and tie by Indianapolis and Houston, who play in Week 18.
The Jaguars can earn a playoff berth with a tie against Tennesseeand a Steelers loss or tie against the Ravens, who have already clinched the top seed in the AFC playoffs. Jacksonville can also qualify for the postseason with a Steelers loss and Broncos loss or tie.
Jacksonville boosted its playoff hopes with a 26-0 victory over the Panthers in Week 17 to snap a four-game skid. It was the Jaguars first win in December.
