Then, with the browned ground beef in the bottom of the Instant Pot, pour the uncooked bow tie noodles on top and spread it all around.

  11. Heather says:

Ricotta works so well instead of sour cream here, tastes more like lasagna. Cottage cheese works too. Also recipe says to set on manual or pressure cook for four min but does not say to set on High or Low?

  12. Momma Cyd says:

When we push our pressure cook button it defaults to high.

  13. Beth K says:

This Lazy Lasagna was great! So fast and easy. I used 1/4 c sour cream and 1/4 cup cottage cheese. Hubs requested it be out in the monthly rotation.

  19. MrsDunks says:

As always, I first made this exactly to the recipe and it was DELICIOUS! So so good, plenty of flavour, good texture, easy peasy to make. Also as always, the next time I made it I tweaked it to my family’s preferences; 500g beef mince, 500g pork mince, tripled the garlic powder and herbs, 6 cups of beef stock instead of two, doubled the sour cream and cheese to make lasagne soup, which is how we like it. This also makes more servings so we have leftovers for lunches, to freeze, etc. One of the best things about SSS is that their recipes really don’t need tweaking at all, they are always so delicious and full of flavour, but they’re also very easy to tweak if that’s what you want. Thanks, Camilla!
