After getting multiple incorrect parts at competitor, neighbor recommend I go here. Store Mgr Nate was exceptional! Reviewing requested parts and answering questions. Highly advise using them vs many other competitors.

Nate the store manager helped me with gettting very thing I needed for a full lifetime of oil change stuff that I lost after a hurricane. He was super professional and awesome to work with. Will be a a Store regular.

Man I have to say that I can always depend on O'Reilly no matter what city I'm in. I was on my way to a weekend adventure with my Queen when her SUV broke down on I 75. I called O'Reilly in palmetto and spoke to Willis. Not only did they have both parts in stock (as they always do 9 out of 10 times) but when he heard that I was on the side of the interstate he went and grabbed them and held them for me so they'd be ready for me when I got there. I had the tow truck take me and my Queen and her SUV right to O'Reilly and sure enough they had the parts ready for me and the tool needed to fix the problem. Willis was extremely professional and courteous and did absolutely everything to help me out. I ended up having the vehicle fixed in about a half hour from the time we arrived. I've got to give a huge thank you to Willis for his help. This store definitely gets 5 stars from me.

I've visited a lot of auto parts store's and each has it own customer service personnel. Since my first visit at this store, love been back 5 times for myself, and took my neighbor to shop for a auto battery. They have always been on their game, and provided service with a smile, kindness, respect for my problem; and the correct part needed. I needed windshield wipers blades, and even installed for me;NO CHARGE! How's that for good service? It's my go to place from now on, and my neighbor's also.

I went in there with a bad battery, we had trouble finding my invoice for the warranty replacement. Miguel was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got us taken care of and replaced the battery for us. He was awesome!!! Thank you!

their prices are a little higher than other auto stores. but they carry the best parts. I needed 6, 6volt golf cart batteries. I spoke only to the manager and got a better price. I did my research so I know the price was good

Stoped in to get a few supplies for the trip back to missouri . Had the battery tested as well. The counter guy got me the wiper blades I ask for . Was polite and helpful.
