How do I check my Scholastic dollars balance? ›

Your school's Scholastic Dollars balance can be accessed from the Host Hub, in the Scholastic Dollars drop-down menu. Here you'll find all Scholastic Dollars transactions, as well as any unredeemed amounts, and when they will expire. Learn more about Scholastic Dollars.

Contact our customer success team at 877-245-0903 if you can't connect to the Payment Portal, need to update your school's information, or would like to process a credit card refund (remember: eWallet refunds can be processed in the Portal).

Restock requests can be submitted through the Host Hub using the online form located on your school's "Fair details and settings" page. The online restock form is available once your Fair is delivered and can be accessed through noon on the third-to-last day of the Fair.

Once you have your access code: Sign in. Select Add New Program or the plus sign icon in the upper right. Enter your access code and click Activate.

A child's family follows a link to create a free eWallet account. There are three ways to fund an account: Add money with a credit card, use funds from a previous eWallet, or invite friends and extended fam to contribute. You can check the balance of Your eGift Card by logging into Your Scholastic Account or by calling 800-560-6816. eGift Cards, once added to your account, become part of your overall eGift Card balance and will be reflected in the balance shown in Your Account.
